These terms cover the files you buy from Fernhouse Press. They are written to be read.

What you buy

A House Suite is a set of PDF files built for one funeral home from the choices made in the builder: the home's name, address line, logo, type, ink, paper, plants and verse.

What you may do

• Use the files for every family your home serves, as many times as you like, in print and on screen.
• Change any fill-in text, and have the files printed anywhere.
• Keep the files if you stop doing business with us.

What you may not do

• Resell, share or give the files or the layouts to another funeral home or business, changed or not.
• Use the files to make templates for others.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the logo and name you put into the builder. The family details you type into the files stay with you; we never see them.

Verses and type

Every verse we supply was published before 1929 and is in the public domain. The type is set from fonts under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, and the license texts are in your download.

Checking the files

Check the proof sheet before printing. We correct mistakes we made at no charge. We are not responsible for printing costs on files that were not checked.

Changes

If these terms change, the version you agreed to when you bought still applies to that purchase.
