Refunds

If the files are not right for your home, email hello@fernhousepress.com within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.

If you find a mistake we made, such as a misspelled name on the proof sheet, tell us and we will fix it at no charge. Checking your home's name and address line before you pay saves you the wait.

Seasons can be cancelled at any time. A yearly payment made in the last 14 days is refunded in full on request.
