Privacy

Short version: we collect very little, and we never see the families you serve.

In the builder

Your choices and your logo are kept in your own browser so the page remembers them. They are not sent to us while you use the builder. The files are built in your browser.

When you pay

Payment is handled by Stripe. To rebuild your files after payment, we pass your home's name, address line and design choices to Stripe with the order. Your logo is not sent. Stripe's privacy policy covers your card details; we never see them.

Family details

Names, dates, photographs and life stories are typed into the PDF files on your own computer. They never reach us.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add visitor counts, they will come from a service that does not use cookies or identify you.

Private sample links

We sometimes prepare a sample for a funeral home using its public name and logo, at a private link that search engines are told not to index. These samples expire. To have one taken down sooner, write to hello@fernhousepress.com.
